A complete week of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, Nidra and Yin/Yang yoga.
The daily practices will allow to experiment and integrate the tools to respond better to stress, to let go and rejuvenate.
1st class starts on Friday 31st Aug. evening and finishes the following Thursday evening.

- 7 nights accommodation in a studio with balcony and small kitcheen
- 5 morning yoga practices (90')
- 6 sunset more gentle practises including exploration of yoga Nidra (120')
- Meeting with Bea, your coach to tailor your week

Group of 9 ladies, already 4 booked and have been returning for the past 3 years. It is an intimate group where there is a great space for reconnecting, relaxing and being part of a great energy women group.
Your holidays are tailored made and it starts right here, whether you want to stay at another hotel, practise the yoga or wish to attend with someone who won’t take part in the wellbeing week, just write me and let me know what you want so I can give you the right rate.
Ideal wellbeing holidays for anyone seeking balance and life changing or wanting to learn and build their own practice. This week will emphasize on how to respond better to stressful situation, how to quiet the mind from the worries, chatters or negative thoughts. Beginners are welcomed as the group is small. Beatrice will meet you individually at the beginning of your holidays to understand your specific needs or intentions (if you wish)
Perfect week to get away from your hectic life, reduce your stress and tension. Learn how to stretch, tone and become aware of your body and your mind. Ideal for people seeking a peaceful holidays, by the Mediterranean sea on a traditional and not so touristic Greek island.
