Angelos and Jan have designed for you a well ballanced program of daily yoga practice, meditation, tension release excercises through breathwork, conscious movement and dance. There is no specific yoga experience needed to participate, all levels are very welcome!
Each day starts with meditation and hatha flow practice. During the day you have a lot of free time to relax at the beach or to explore the beauty of the island of Paros. In the late afternoon we organise active meditation, biodynamic breath sessions, conscious movement and dance activities.
This retreat is not just another yoga retreat. It a unique invitation to awaken, to release your emotional and physical tension and open up to your inner joy and harmony. It offers the right setting for a conscious journey of transformation and a rebirth.
Jan and Angelos are experienced teachers and facilitators with very complementary skills. They offer you a safe space and the right personal attention to help you make the next step towards further inner growth. The purpose is to heal your body and soul towards more freedom, inner strenght and wellbeing. Paros is one of the Cyclades islands, located in the heart of the Aegean Sea. It offers traditional villages in Cycladic architecture, with whitewashed houses, paved streets and blue-domed churches. The beaches are famous for the exotic water and the golden sand.
Tao's Center is a holistic meditation, yoga, wellness and retreat center, well-known in the spiritual community for its lovely and inspiring atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner made with fresh ingredients are offered in Tao's Center. It offers delicious vegetarian food Asian style. The yoga room included all the equipment you'll need for your practice: mats, blocks, straps and bolsters.

The island of Paros can reached from Athens by flight or by ferry, or you can take a charter flight to Mykonos & Santorini and than take a Ferry to Paros. Please contact us for more details.

Jan was originally graduated as a master in philosophy. He is a certified BBTRS® breath practitioner and is specialized in many coaching methods, systemic constellation work, sound healing, sjamanism and trance dance. He has more than 18 years of experience in guiding change in both groups and on an individual level.
As a universal mind, Jan has an unlimited curiosity towards classical and innovative forms of support and healing. He adopts a holistic approach with his clients by integrating mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects. He uses the latest insights from trauma healing, system work, life coaching, contemporary and spiritual psychology.

Yoga Alliance certified (RYT500) teacher and Ayervedic masseur. He is Reiki therapist, Shakti yoga dancer, Capoereista and he loves movement and QiGong.
Angelos has spent the last two years traveling and teaching classes, workshops and retreats around the world from Greece to India, Bali, Nepal, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, London, New Zealand and Australia.
In his yoga path he met a lot of important teachers and he teach several techniques.
Yoga for him is a way of life and through his teaching he wants to support everyone to understand real life. He will not only be focusing on the body but also on how to master your mind and how to bring light into your soul
